Once in Sapienza
As soon as you arrive, email the Faculty International Office [erasmussmfn@uniroma1.it] to get an appointment for your Arrival Certificate.

- Visit the general information website for FAQs and details about the Student Card, MENSA, and other relevant information. Please refer to the file at the bottom of the page for additional details.
- Upon your arrival, it is essential to begin the process of obtaining your fiscal code as soon as possible. This code is necessary for various administrative tasks during your stay in Italy, such as opening a bank account or signing a rental contract.
More information in the “Fiscal Code” section on the International Students Info page
If you are from an extra-EU country, start the procedure to obtain your “Permesso di Soggiorno.” To get it, visit this guide (you must do so within 8 days of entering Italy).
Lectures
- It’s highly recommended to attend lectures.
You can find the timetable for your courses by selecting your course from the website and selecting “Timetable".
- Ensure that all your lectures align with your Learning Agreement.
- Always remember to tell your professor that you are an Erasmus student.
- You can attend courses from every department and programme faculty, but the lesson times may overlap.
Monthly meetings
The International Office organises monthly meetings to monitor international students' progress, aiming to prevent potential difficulties and promote communication. We highly recommend the participation of Erasmus students, and participants will be notified via email.

- You can book all exams on InfoStud (your digital dashboard).
